4130 Road - HAM Edition - (8-Speed)
A classic-style steel road bike with gears, the 4130 Road HAM Edition arrived in 2022 and was retired on August 9, 2023. The 4130 Road was State's first geared road offering, pairing the double-butted 4130 chromoly frame the company was founded on with 8-speed down tube shifting, a Sunrace RD-R81 derailleur and a 44t crank over an 11-28 cassette. Modern touches included a 1 1/8" threadless stem and wide Lo-Pro rims with quick-release levers, 28c tires and room for 32c. The HAM Edition offered drop bars or "Townie" bars with Vans grips, and the frame took front and rear racks.
