6061 Black Label V3 - Green / Gold
Version three of the 6061 Black Label arrived in 2023, and Green / Gold was one of its colorways until it was retired in September 2024. The V3 reworked the frame and fork geometry of State Bicycle Co.'s aluminum fixed-gear series to clear tires up to 38c, enough for rough city streets or a little tracklocross. It kept the double-butted 6061 aluminum frame and tapered head tube, added internal cable routing and a paint-matched full carbon fork, and ran a 48x17 ratio through a CNC-machined 144 BCD crank and chainring. Wider 19 mm internal rims wore Vittoria 30c tires, and it weighed 18 lb 5 oz with riser bars.
