State Bicycle Co. 4130 All-Road - Flat Bar Turquoise Fade (650b / 700c)
Turquoise Fade was a flat-bar colorway of the 4130 All-Road, introduced in 2023 and retired in October 2025. It took State Bicycle Co.'s chromoly steel gravel frame and fork, thru-axles front and rear, with mounts for bottles, racks, and fenders, and set it up with Black Label riser bars, a trigger-shifted 1x11 All-Road 1 drivetrain (42t ring, 11-42t cassette, clutched rear derailleur), and mineral-oil hydraulic disc brakes. Riders picked between 700c wheels with 38mm Vittoria Terreno Zero tires and 650b wheels with 2.1-inch Vittoria Barzo tires, with recommended clearance up to 2.1 inches on 650b and 45c on 700c.
