4130 All-Road - Flat Bar - Arroyo Lilac (12 Speed / UDH)
Arroyo Lilac was a flat-bar version of the overhauled 12-speed 4130 All-Road, introduced in 2025 and retired in August of that year. The reworked 4130 chromoly frame added UDH compatibility, dropper post readiness, semi-internal cable routing, and mounts for three bottles, racks, and fenders, while a chromoly fork with its own mounts ran a 12x100mm thru-axle. A State riser bar set up the cockpit. The 12-speed State Bicycle Co. drivetrain paired a 40t direct-mount ring with an 11-46t cassette, and State's mineral-oil hydraulic disc brakes did the stopping. Wheels came in 700c with 38mm Vittoria Terreno Zero tires or 650b with 2.1-inch Vittoria Barzo tires.
