Carbon All-Road - Black / Ember

State Bicycle Co. retired the Carbon All-Road in Black / Ember in August 2025. Introduced in 2023, it was one of two colorways of the Carbon All-Road, built around a roughly 2.5 lb T800 carbon fiber frame with thru-axles and a dropped chainstay for agile handling on rough gravel. The frameset accepted both wheel sizes, clearing 55mm tires on 650b and 45mm on 700c. Pannier and mudguard mounts, up to three bottle mounts, and rack mounts front and rear gave it plenty of ways to carry gear. Shifting came from State's 1x11 All-Road 1 drivetrain with an 11-42t cassette.
